Building on the groundbreaking work being done by the Zero Emission Maritime Buyers Alliance (ZEMBA) and Lloyd’s Register Maritime Decarbonisation Hub (LR MDH) to accelerate the deployment of clean energy-powered solutions in the maritime sector, this spring, ZEMBA and LRMDH hosted a Maritime Innovation Trade Fair, a webinar highlighting innovators working to create a scalable, sustainable, and reliable maritime sector of the future.
The aim of this webinar was to feature solutions that can advance the sector’s clean energy transition that are currently outside the scope of ZEMBA tenders (e.g., varying levels of readiness for commercial deployment, not yet able for deepwater transport, etc.). ZEMBA and LR MDH’s goal was to provide a platform for these projects to reach a wider audience and to facilitate an interactive and educational experience for attendees to engage with these innovators.
